Casa Natura is a house of Mediterranean style and linear design that integrates very well in the Guanacaste and tropical landscape.

The house consists of main house, pool bar, and pool. Both the design, the materials, and construction system were used to achieve a combination of high technology with traditional methods to achieve consumption controlled energy, abundant natural lighting, cross ventilation, protection from the sun and shelter from the prevailing winds. The finishing of facades and interior of the house was handmade with lime, which reflects solar radiation and prevents Toxic materials of commercial paints. It’s the way traditionally homes are finished in Guanacaste to passively fight the heat.

The main house occupies an area of ??372 m2, built mostly in a floor and an attic on the top floor. The first floor has an open design that houses a large living room, dining room and kitchen. The private area is separate and has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two of them with walk-in closets; between the sleeping area and the social area is a family room for TV and a guest bathroom. The service area is attached to the kitchen and is composed of a closed garage for a large vehicle and a golf cart, laundry area and pantry.

On the upper floor there is a diaphanous room for use as a large bedroom or living room and a full bathroom.  The social area has folding floor to ceiling windows, which allow to open totally the house. The interior doors are made of massive local cedar wood with custom design and handmade finish. The main door and the garage door are unique pieces specially made according to the design requirements, in teak wood massive. The crafts of the terraces are also massive beams in teak. The floors of the common areas are finished in white coral imported from the Republic Dominican.  All the lighting of the house is instrumented by luminaries of type LED and multiple dimmers throughout the home. Each room has ceiling fans with adjustable speed.

The pool is the largest private pool in the entire Hacienda Pinilla complex, with a length of 18 meters and a beach entrance area. Both the inside of the pool as the outer areas are finished in white coral. Edge design infinity makes the pool melt in the garden and you can enjoy the view of Horizon without interruptions. The salt water system continues the natural philosophy of the whole house.

The pool ranch (64 m2) is conceived as a recreational area, with an area for kitchen, bar and a terrace-dining room and solarium. An area is designed to host a large traditional wood oven. It also houses a cellar for the garden, a Pump room and pool utensils, a half bath and an exterior shower.

The garden has a sustainable and low maintenance design, and an irrigation network separated from the drinking network, for future to planned connection of recycled water. The driveway has space for three additional cars.

Condominium fees year 2019 Residencial Almendros del Mar # 48:  $ 112 / month. Includes all common expenses of the condominium, security in 12h day shift, maintenance of gardens and common areas, administrative expenses and ordinary maintenance.
